AgentWay ("we", "our", "the platform") is an AI Agent learning platform that provides educational content, interactive exercises, flashcards, and AI-powered tutoring for agent development. The platform is operated by AgentWay.dev.
2. Accounts
To access certain features, you may need to create an account using email OTP or OAuth (Google, GitHub). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access.
We may limit access, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the platform.
3. Content & Intellectual Property
All course content, exercises, flashcards, and documentation on the platform are owned by AgentWay.dev and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Code examples provided for educational purposes may be used in your own projects. Capstone projects and exercises you create remain your intellectual property.
4. Payment
Premium access is available as a one-time purchase processed through Stripe. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may increase as content grows. No recurring charges.
The first two stages are completely free. Since you can fully evaluate the learning experience before purchasing, we do not offer refunds.
5. Data Access
Platform administrators may access user data (such as learning progress, XP, and session history) in read-only mode for development, debugging, and support purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Code of Conduct
When using the platform, you agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
- Interfere with the platform's operation or other users' experience
- Abuse the AI tutoring system or API endpoints
7. Disclaimer
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the content is error-free. Educational content is for learning purposes and should not be considered professional advice.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will note the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
